We're hiring two experienced Account Managers to own client relationships, grow B2B revenue across multiple accounts, and turn opportunities into closed deals — including preparing and following up on quotations.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across Qatar
  • Identify needs and prepare tailored quotations and proposals
  • Drive the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships and maximise account retention & upsell
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to scope solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM

What you bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales / account management experience
  • Proven track record managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Confident preparing quotations and commercial proposals
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in IT, software or technology sales is a strong plus
  • Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred
  • Qatar market experience and a valid QID/driving licence is a plus

You'll be the friendly expert who guides new customers from sign-off to success — assisting them, delivering the solutions we've sold, and coordinating every moving part so their go-live is smooth.

What you'll do

  • Own customer onboarding from kickoff to successful go-live
  • Assist customers and answer questions throughout setup
  • Deliver and configure the solutions we provide (ERP, WhatsApp, Salonist & more)
  • Coordinate between customers, sales and technical teams
  • Run training sessions and create simple how-to guides
  • Track onboarding milestones and ensure timely delivery
  • Gather feedback and flag opportunities for upsell or improvement

What you bring

  • 2+ years in customer onboarding, success or implementation
  • Excellent communication and a genuine service mindset
  • Comfortable learning and demoing software products
  • Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple customers
  • Experience with SaaS, ERP or CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluent English and Arabic strongly preferred

A hands-on coordinator who keeps everything moving — bridging customer support and project coordination so issues get resolved fast and projects ship on time.

What you'll do

  • Act as the central point of coordination across support & delivery
  • Manage and triage customer support tickets to resolution
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks and resources end to end
  • Keep customers and internal teams aligned and informed
  • Track deliverables, dependencies and deadlines
  • Document processes and maintain clear project records
  • Escalate technical issues and follow through to closure

What you bring

  • 3+ years across customer support and project coordination
  • Strong technical aptitude and fast problem-solving
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking under pressure
  • Familiarity with ticketing and project tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Clear communicator who keeps everyone on the same page
  • Fluent English; Arabic preferred
