We're hiring two experienced Account Managers to own client relationships, grow B2B revenue across multiple accounts, and turn opportunities into closed deals — including preparing and following up on quotations.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across Qatar
- Identify needs and prepare tailored quotations and proposals
- Drive the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships and maximise account retention & upsell
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to scope solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM
What you bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales / account management experience
- Proven track record managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Confident preparing quotations and commercial proposals
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in IT, software or technology sales is a strong plus
- Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred
- Qatar market experience and a valid QID/driving licence is a plus
